I graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2007 with
a degree in Advertising, picking up a D&AD Student Award along
the way.
After doing a few placements across Manchester, including a
spell at BJL, McCann Manchester offered me a place on their
graduate scheme. This led to a permanent position within the
company.
Since then, I’ve worked on a TV advert for Smokefree North West,
numerous campaigns for CrossCountry trains – including a double
Roses award winner – and continuous work for the likes of
Holiday Inn, Durex and American Airlines.
In January 2012, I was promoted to the Lead Copywriter job for
Aldi, overseeing everything from posters and press to online and
in store.
When I’m not working, I enjoy baking and fiddling with
computers. Though not at the same time.
